Put these components of wind energy production in order from first to last. The wind spins turbines. A wind of at least 15 mph is blowing. The spinning of the turbines is used to create electricity.

The correct order for the process is:

The first condition is that there should be some wind blowing from somewhere. This wind blows and it spins the turbines, and then this rotation of the turbines (mechanical energy) is converted into electricity (electrical energy).
