Answer part A:

Genotype ratio:

TT (Homozygous tall plant)
Tt (Heterozygous tall plant)

Phenotype ratio:
4 tall plants


Answer part B:

If Tt and Tt plants are crossed with each other then they can produce short offspring, as shown in punnet square

Tt X Tt

F1 generation
TT, Tt, Tt, tt

Result:

It is clear from F1 generation that one offspring (tt) is short.
