242.25 rupies. 75 x 30.23 = 242.25 rupies.

Omar would get 2,267.25 Russian Rubles.
To find this you multiply his amount of money ($75) by how many Russian Rubles $1 equals (30.23). This will give you an answer of 2,267.25.
