The two triangles are similar.

The angles of a triangle sum to 180°. Using the known angles in the first triangle, we find the missing angle measure:
180-(65+70) = 180-135 = 45

We do the same for the second triangle:
180-(65+45) = 180 - 110 = 70

Any two triangles that have all 3 angles congruent is similar by AAA.
