A. Capitalize It. That's a quote, so it has to be capitalize unless it's within the sentence and isn't the whole quote.

The change that would correct this sentence is to capitalize it. Option A is correct.

It should be capitalized since it is at the beggining of a quote. And every quotation should begin with a capital letter if the quotation marks the beginning of a sentence. When quotations form complete sentences, they must be capitalized regardless the place where they appear in the main sentence. Capitalization in mid-sentence is common when using quotations.
