The equation relating the velocity of sound in air to the air temperature is: v = 331 + 0.6T, where T is the temperature in degrees Celsius. For this case, when T = 36 C:
v = 331 + 0.6(36) = 331 + 21.6 = 352.6 m/s, which is choice B
