Remark
(0,0) does not change with the rotation, nor does it change with the dilation.
(2,0) will become (-2,0) with the rotation and (-6,0) with the dilation.
(0,4) goes right around to the - y axis. It become (0,-4) with the rotation. and (0,3*-4) = (0,-12) with the dilation.
There is no way that these triangles are congruent. I could have said that right at the very beginning. But there is a way that they are similar. The angles between them remain unaltered. You can test that out with (0,4) to (0,0) to (2,0) which is a right angle (labeled CAB). No matter what you have done in these two steps, that right angle remains. Dilation other than a dilation of 1 will not produce congruence.
