The second one and the last one are true; natural selection favours organisms well adapted to the environment, and is often called survival of the fittest.

Natural selection is not random, as evolution is not a random process.
Also, natural selection can occur even if the trait is not hereditary, as the process
involves genetic mutations too.

So B and D.
