First, subtract both sides by 22
(note: I know it's greater than or equal to, but I'm just going to use > for the sake of time)
-9n > -95
Divide both sides by -9 (This will flip the sign):
n < -95/9
n
\leq -10 5/9
(I'm not sure if you wanted a mixed fraction or not, so...)
