The prefix im can also mean not and opposite of. For example, impossible.

Inter-
between: used with some nouns, verbs, or adjectives an intercity train.

Re-a prefix, occurring originally in loanwords from Latin, used with
the meaning “again” or “again and again” to indicate repetition, or with the meaning “back” or “backward” to indicate withdrawal or backward motion

Mis- a prefix, occurring originally in loanwords from Latin, used with the meaning “again” or “again and again” to indicate repetition, or with the meaning “back” or “backward” to indicate withdrawal or backward motion

Anti-
a prefix meaning “against,” “opposite of,” “antiparticle of,” used in the formation of compound words ( anticline); used freely in combination with elements of any origin ( antibody; antifreeze;)

Answer is anti.
