The slope of the line stated is -3.

First, you'd subtract 6x from both sides "2y = -6x - 14". Then you'd divide each side by 2 "y = -3x -7". Now the line is in the proper form (Y = MX + B), M is the slope. Thus making -3 the slope.

I hope this helps!
