The new volume is 71.76 L

calculation

The new volume is calculated using the Boyle's law formula

that is P1V1=P2V2 where,

P1=1.38 atm

V1= 13000 L

P2 =250 atm

V2= ?

make V2 the subject of the formula by diving both side by P2

V2= P1V1/ P2

v2=( 1.38 atm x 13000 L) / 250 atm = 71.76 L
