Hello!

First you have to get the equation into slope-intercept form

Slope-intercept form is y = mx + b

-2x + 4y = -8

Add 2x to both sides

4y = 2x - 8

Divide both sides by 4

y = 1/2 x - 2

The graph is a line that goes through the points (0, -2), (-2, -3), (2, -1) and
(4, 0)

Hope this helps!
