Be x that has to be added to the sum of 2/3 and 3/2
(2/3+3/2)+x=3
Solving for x:
(2*2+3*3)/6+x=3
(4+9)/6+x=3
13/6+x=3
13/6+x-13/6=3-13/6
x=(6*3-13)/6
x=(18-13)/6
x=5/6
Answer: 5/6 has to be added to the sum of 2/3 and 3/2 to get 3
