4(-3.7b) = (-14.8b), 4(-3.1) = (-12.4)

(-14.8b - - 3.1) = (-14.8b + 3.1)

(-14.8b + 3.1) - (4b +0.4) = (-18.8b - 12.8)

Your answer is C and D. — (I’m assuming you meant to put a plus sign in either C or D so make sure you do the one with the negative sign for -12.8)
