Shifting 3 units to left means addition of 3 in x. And shifting 3 units up means addition of 3 to the function value.

So, the resulting function after these two translations will be:


G(x)= (1)/(x+3)+3

3 is added to x in denominator, and a 3 is added to the entire function value.

So, option D gives the correct answer
