There are two sources of evidence the primary or original source or evidence and secondary source. The primary source, in history, is anything that serves as an original source of information about the topic. It could be an artifact, document, manuscript, diary, autobiography and the like. Moreover, in the field of journalism, a primary source can be a person that has a personal or direct knowledge of a subject or situation or a written document by such a person. Meanwhile, secondary sources are evidences or sources that are extracted or build upon primary sources.
