From your experiment of drawing 20 marbles you now have a proportion of non-yellow marbles to total marbles and from that you can come up with an experimental probability that you'll draw a non-yellow marble.

P(not yellow) = 16/20

But that can be reduced by dividing top and bottom by 4:

I think it's 7/8 because there's 16 marbles and 14 aren't blue so you have a 14/16 chance of not getting a yellow marble which simplifies to 7/8
