If she wants to double the number of cookies she sells, then you just multiply by 2.
Week 1: 3 cookies
Week 2: 6 cookies
Week 3: 12 cookies
Week 4: 24 cookies
Week 5: 48 cookies
3+6+12+24+48 = 93.
All together, she sold 93 cookies.
