Hello!

Slope-intercept form is y = mx + b

You have to get the equation into this format

5x - 15y = -8

Subtract 5x from both sides

-15y = -5x - 8

Divide both sides by -15

y = 1/3x + 8/15

The answer is
y = (1)/(3) x + (8)/(15)

Hope this helps!
