W= 3x+5

P= 66

Step two:

P=2L+2W

substitute

66= 2x+2(3x+5)

66= 2x+6x+10

66= 8x+10

collect like terms

66-10= 8x

56= 8x

W= 3(7)+5

W= 21+5

W= 26cm
