Answer: 125,000

Explanation:

Initial Population = 2,000,000

Population increase = 4,500,000

Increase in Population = 4,500,000 - 2,000,000

= 2,500,000

Duration of Population increase ( Range) = 20 years

Therefore, the annual average % increase = 2,500,000/20

= 125,000
