The only times a citizen is singled out as an individual are during the Ceremony of Twelve and Release of the Elderly. In what ways are those events celebrated?

Answer:

The Ceremony of Twelves and Release of the Elderly are the ceremonies in Jonas' community that narrate the tales of assignments and death.

Jonas’ community practices control over everything and treat it as the same and they have been governed by the community rules. The ceremony of twelve is celebrated every year and it will depict the passage of adulthood. This ceremony will fall in December every year followed by the Ceremony of Elevens. Same as this they have a ceremony for old age person, which is Release of the Elderly. They will do these releases in the special room.

(Sorry for this I just shortned the last answer's speech a bit and edited a few mistakes. sorry for copying the answer I just wanted to make it a bit better.)
