f(x) = 117x-13x^2

a)Instantaneous velocity function


v(x) = f'(x) = 117-26x

b) When x=0 we get


v(0) = 117 feet /sec

c) When v =0 we have


117=13x\\x=9

At 9 seconds velocity will be 0
