maximum heart beat can be calculated by subtracting the age from 220

For 30 year old male Maximum heart beat

=220-30=190

And during exercise his heart beat increases to 60-90 % of maximum value

90 % of 190=171 beats/min

So Heart beat can goes up to 114 - 171 beats/min
