Answer: x^2+24x+144 and x^2+18x+72

Explanation:

If I understand correctly we have to use x+12 as one factor and then choose another factor to multiply it by to get a polynomial. We do this twice to get two polynomials

For x^2+24x+144 I used x+12 twice as both factors.

Multiplying x+12 by itself we get x^2+24x+144

For x^2+18x+72 I used x+12 and x+6 as factors

Multiplying x+12 and x+6 we get x^2+18x+72
