Rounding rule x is supposed to be the decimal for this example


  • \mathrm{.x < 0.5} round down

  • \mathrm{.x = 0.5} round up(or keep the same)

  • \mathrm{.x > 0.5} round up

Hey! If your decimal number is greater than 5 then you round up ⬆️ if it is less than 5 you round down ⬇️ so in your case 6.7 would round up to the whole
number 7. An example
of rounding down could be the number 6.3 then you would just round down to the whole number 6. Hope this helps!
