Answer:

Determinant criteria is more final and deeper evaluated one than Evaluative criteria.

In Evaluative, home closeness to our place of work or education, proximity to the subway, home or building, and price and etc. will be considered.

In Determinant, which floor, the size of the kitchen, the colors and design of the house, and neighbors will be considered.

Step-by-step explanation:

Marketing is one of the most important components of the value chain, making it more attractive to buyers of the final product and increasing their sales. However, the value curve of each product is that it examines the attributes, characteristics of the product, and how these create value for the consumers. Because the buyer will make choices in the market according to these indicators. Many of these indicators can be attributed, including the color, volume, price, design and so on. However, users make choices based on two criteria when choosing product: Evaluative and Determinant criteria.

Evaluative Criteria- In this case, the client still does not know exactly what product he or she will choose in his brain. It may be that he initially made a decision on a product, but certain general indicators would distract him and he would choose another product. Therefore, when selecting a product, the general criteria are considered, compared with each other, and reflects on which particular product will be obtained.

The Determinant Criteria has a defining characteristic as its name implies. After choosing a product based on Evaluative criteria, a more in-depth evaluations and more important factors are taken into account. This is the criterion choice you need to make the final payment and purchase the product.

If we make a new apartment choice, we will first use the Evaluative criteria. That is, we will look at common attributes like home closeness to our place of work or education, proximity to the subway, home or building, and price, and there will be 2-3 specific options in our brain. The final apartment options we keep are almost the same as price and overall performance. The determinant criteria will then work, for example, the apartment will be selected based on the deeper and more abstract attributes like which floor, the size of the kitchen, the colors and design of the house, and neighbors and more.
