First you need the radius, if the diameter is 10inches divide by 2 = 5 inches, that's your radius.

π(5inches)^2 times (20 inches)

firsr work out 5^2= 5x5= 25

π(25inches) times (20inches)

25x20=500π inches

500π =1,570.7963267948966192313216916397514420985

which rounds to 1,570, the first one is your answer
