The safety data sheet (SDS) may be defined as a type of standard document that includes the health data and occupational safety. The chemical hazard or any hazard information must be listed in the SDS.

The one should ensure that the SDS files must be easily and instantly available to the employees and the workers included in their areas at all the times. In the HCS, the workers are not at all responsible for the verification of the accuracy of SDS or collecting the list of all the emergency numbers.
