authoritarian parenting style:if he grew up under this parenting he is likely to struggle with social interactions , self regulation and making his own personal choices since this has always been done for him by his parents.

-identity vs. role confusion: if he knows himself he is likely to succeed becaue he will make choices that aligns well with who he is , not knowing himself will make it hard to even find the major that is right for him and may make bad choices such as doing multiple activities at one time without any balance.

-unconditional positive regard: if he receives unconditional love and support he will do well in school and will face any challeges way better and won't find it hard to tell his parents whatever happens in college.

Conscientiousness this is an individual who is more careful and diligent ,who perfom their task effectively and don't take their obligation for granted especially towards others, if he has this personality he will take his work seriously and work hard.
