1) Due process or rule of law
2) Trial by a jury of peers

- Due process of law which means that no free man should be seized or imprisoned of his own rights or possessions without a proper process of law.
- Accused man has the right of a jury trial and it would be considered as a lawful judgement.
- People have the right to a speedy trial without any delay in the matter. This has been provided in the sixth amendment.
