Due process clauses:

The fifth and fourteenth amendments of the US constitution contains due process clause which is concerned with the administration of justice. In the fifth amendment, it is given that, ‘no one shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.’ this due process is taken from The Roman Law System. This law system is based on three principles.

1. The person will consider innocent until proven guilty.

2. The person who accused need to show proof of the crime

3. The law is applied to all equally.
