Explanation:

Current temperature is
7^(\textdegree)C below
0^(\textdegree)C.

So yesterday hight temperature will be
7^(\textdegree) above
0^(\textdegree).

Yesterday high temperature =
0+7=7^(\textdegree)C

Number of degrees between current and yesterday high temperature
=7-(-7)=14^(\textdegree)C
