First off you want to do the parenthesis first remember P.E.M.D.A.S (Parenthesis Exponents Multiplication Division Addition and Subtraction) so subtract 4 from 8 so it’s 4 and multiply it by 4 and you will get 16 then you add 27 to your 16 and you will get 43. Hope that helps :)

43, you start off my subtracting 8-4, then you multiply that by 4, which gives you 16. After that you add 27 to 16 and you get 43
