Explanation:

Let, Marat can buy x specialty doughnuts and y glazed doughnuts.

Marat will be able to buy the doughnuts if
2x + y \leq 16.

If we put x = 0 in 2x + y = 16, then y = 16.

For y = 0, x = 8.

Marat can buy 0 doughnuts or can buy some, but the total amount needs to be in between 16.
