We have to complete the missing value in solution to the equation, Which means we have to find value of "y"

Let us substitute the given solution into equation and solve for "y"

Substitute (x, y) = (3, y) in given equation

y = 4(3) - 9y

y + 9y = 12

On combining like terms we get,

10y = 12


y = (12)/(10) = 1.2

y = 1.2

So the missing value in solution is 1.2
