Answer:

i would pick basketball. to me it is important to warm up if i don't i will not do so good. when i usally get done playing basketball im am totally out of breathe so i just sit down on our couch and maybe play on my moms ps4. the next day when i go outside to play basketball my arms is what in usally soar. before i play basket ball i might jog around are fenced in yard twice or walk, and hamsring streches. my cool down would be walk around our yard once and/or jog around our yard once. my warm-up made me fill like i could set the net on fire (not literally). my warm up maydme fill even more tierd because i usally play when the is about three quarters down. not to jog around the yard once.

Step-by-step explanation:

hope this helped :)
