Answer:

The answer is D

Explanation:

To meet her goal Fran have to save:

1400/20=200

200$ each week.

If she works for 15 hours, she will get 225$. It means:

225/15=15

She got 15$ per hour.

She is able to save 40$ if she got 225$ each week. It means that she has a constant expense of 185$ every week.

To save 200$ each week she has to earn:

185+200=385

385$ per week.

To get 385$ per week Fran need to work:

385/15=25,66

25,66 hour per week. But she can work at most 18 hours per week. Fran will not be able to reach her goal.
