We need to find the resulting co ordinate of point M.

Now we know that Point M is translated to 2 units to the right.

It means that only "x" co ordinate of point M will be changed and since it is moving 2 units to the right we will add the number in "x" co ordinate.

Hence We can say 2 will be added to "x" co ordinate.

In Point M "x" co ordinate = -6

When 2 is added in it we get;

"x" coordinate will be equal to = -6+2 =-4

Hence The resulting Coordinate of Point M will become as (-4,-4).
