Nakh's parents, jamey and tara, used an analogy of "watering the plant" to describe their relationship and communication with each other. what did this mean? how do you think that environment affected their son, nakh? what advantages or benefits does nakh receive by having an extended family? in what ways does nakh's stepfather, jason, prepare him for adulthood? what different ways do nakh's stepparents demonstrate their love for him? what behaviors seen in the video could be used as a model to other parents and stepparents?

.- What his parents are trying to say is that they are continuously improving their relationship trying new things, because that's the way to keep a healthy relation. I think seeing his parents going through those problems can be really hard. It’s hard when kids go through a divorce, they don’t always know what's going, it's confusing and upsetting.

.- He receives extra support. He has more people that can show him how he should be in his life and he can count on them when he is struggling in his life.

.- He teaches him how he should treat his own wife when he gets married by showing him the love he has for his mother, and he helps him grow into adulthood. He is there for him and ready to support him.

.- His step mother likes to sing and play piano with him, she expresses her love through music, which is a really good way. His step-father guides him and is helping teach him how to be a man.

.- His parents and step parents all get along really well. They were hugging and telling them they love each other and expressing gratitude towards one another. They weren’t angry that someone else was raising their child, they were happy that someone else also loved and supported their child in the same way they do.
