Answer:communication ineffective

Step-by-step explanation:

Effective communication is not about sending a message but sending a message that will be understood by the receiver. Any failure to do this will result to ineffective communication.

Symbols used to communicate the message may be effective or not not effective , langauge for instance may be an issue with understanding of what the message is about if the receiver and the sender doesn't share the same language. If the receiver doesn't understand any word you said it would be hard to decode the message and this will result to ineffective communication.

A miscommunication also is a big issue when a sent message is only vague the receiver will find it hard to decode it such as what is happening here when Josh sent a message in a hurry and wasn't able to explain things in as effective as one can understand. This resulted to ineffective communication.
