If you look for too many things at once you can end up skipping minute (or smaller) mistakes. When you focus on specific things you can make sure you can get every detail in check instead of scanning over the page. Sometimes the little things can cost us everything.

For example: if you look for spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, and formatting mistakes you wont get everything. things like grammar can be hard to notice until you're reading things and you have a sentence that lasts 10 minutes. You're better off taking your time.
