Solution:

Opposite sides of a Parallelogram are Equal

side AB and CD are the opposite sides of the parallelogram.

∴ AB = CD

On substituting the values we get


4x+7=7x-14\\\\7x-4x=7+14\\\\3x=21\\\\x=(21)/(3) =7\\\\\therefore x =7

Therefore the value of 'x' is 7.
