Answer:
During the dawn of twentieth century America was filled with confusions and problems.
America needed progressive Presidents to bring America to a form. There were many progressive Presidents.
The progressive movement though was not able to make through the big companies it did create a whirl bringing in Presidents of caliber and leading them towards the new era of development.
The three C’s: control of corporations, consumer protection, and conservation was the policy for Republican Theodore Roosevelt.
Wilson’s policy was for an assault on “the triple wall of privilege,” which consisted of tariffs, banks, and trusts.
