2x-3y = -12
5x + 6y = 3

Explanation:

2x-3y=-12 gives:- x=(3y-12)/2..........eq(i)

substituting value of x in 5x+6y=3

We get,

y=66/27=2.44444444

again,

substituting valve of y in eq(i)

x=-2.33333

(note: answer must be in fraction but I can't manage that)
