paper is technology. printing papers is technology.

so, why should electronic mediums be restricted? of course, free use of one's electronics for recreational use during class should be prohibited,

but banning laptops or tablets for academic purposes is like forcing students to use stone tablets.

technology isn't just about being progressive technology-wise.

it's good for the environment. electronic devices are greener.

one semester can produce 148lbs of co2 emissions, if you use paper.

technology is also more convenient. it's easier to organize notes and lessons digitally.

not to mention accessibility. students not able to be present physically can be present in a class.

overall, electronics are more helpful than harmful.
