Pb²⁺ + CrO₄²⁻ → PbCrO₄

Lead cation react with chromate anion and form ionic compound lead chromate.

The lead cation has +2 charge while chromate has -2 charge thus both are equal and cancel each other. The over all compound will be neutral.
