Answer:

She needs to get 94 in the fifth test.

Explanation:

Peyton wants to get an A in her Chemistry class this semester. Her first 4 tests were 94, 83, 88, and 91.

She has to get an average mark of 90 and to do that let us assume, she has to get x in the fifth test.

So, mathematically

(94 + 83 + 88 + 91 + x)/(5) = 90

⇒ 356 + x = 90 × 5

⇒ 356 + x = 450

x = 94

Therefore, she needs to get 94 in the fifth test. (Answer)
