Explanation:

7 + 3(2+3) ÷ 3 Original expression

Keep PEMDAS in mind

P (parenthesis)

E (exponents)

M(multiplication)

D (division)

A (addition)

S (subtraction)

Start by adding the values inside the parenthesis

7 + 3(2+3) ÷ 3 = 7+ 3(5) ÷3

Since there aren't any exponents, multiply the number outside the parenthesis with the number inside the parenthesis

7+3(5)÷3= 7 + 15 ÷3

Now divide

7 + 15 ÷ 3 = 7 + 5

Now add!!!

7 + 5 = 12

12 is your answer!!!!

I hope this helps!
